The 11th Micro/Nano Molding Research Society Public Lecture.
Research and development of metamaterials/metasurfaces has become more active in recent years, and they are being developed into various application fields.
In addition, the state-of-the-art technology of metamaterials, which enables innovative electromagnetic wave control through fine structures, is attracting particular attention.
Here, we will take up the forefront of metamaterial research targeting the visible light, infrared, and terahertz frequency regions, and introduce the process technology and equipment technology.
